Minuses first-The book was repetitive. It probably could be 20-30 pages shorter and still get everything covered.
I would have liked definitions of program, process, ministries, etc.
Pluses-The theory presented and tested in this book makes so much sense. I work in a church which has been approaching ministry using a shotgun. Reading this made me realize how much time, energy, and financial resources we have been wasting.
