I just finished reading this book less than a week after receiving it from my Bible study leader...it was that good! I simply couldn't put it down, it is a great read for anyone who desires to be pure before God in the hearts, minds, and bodies. I am a 24-year old single male who has made significant strides towards purity before reading this book, so I could relate to the challenges, relive the triumphs, but also feel challenged to keep going. Admittedly, the authors do use some 'frank' language in the testimonials that can make it easy to slip up (they reference female body parts in seemingly random places), but overall it's how you process the information that you read. Will you just read the words on the page and not get a tasty visual? Consider it an exercise in your own purity!
One of the best lessons I hadn't thought of before from this book is that marriage is not the cure-all for lust; so men looking at marriage in that way certainly need to step back and realize that this is something we will likely struggle with our entire lives.
