This is the story of salvation but presented in a different way. People like me have heard the story so many times that I have become desensitized to it. It does not connect with my heart. This nailed my heart and blew me away with God's love and the cost of his sacrifice.
Daily I stagger under the load of garbage I am dragging behind me. Years of it have crippled me and sucked all the joy out of life. Every day is a blur of never ending pain and despair. Till one day a trash man appears who says I was not designed to carry this load and he promises to take it away forever if I am willing to hand it over and let him have it.
