First, the description on the Amazon page I saw for this product was misleading-- I thought this would be a CD, but it's a book. That problem aside (which will hopefully get corrected) the message in this book is good-- that we deserve some time and luxury in our lives, and that it's ok to treat yourself and not always deprive yourself of what you want. But there's not a lot of new information here and the title pretty much tells the story. I think Joyce Meyer brings positive and helpful messages generally and provides good lessons in how to live life, but sometimes in an effort to create another product to sell, the substance isn't always there. I prefer some of her other books, like Battlefield of the Mind: Winning the Battle in Your Mind.Get more detail about Come la Galleta...
